This notice explains how information submitted through the ClearSky Sites contact form and project questionnaire is handled.
Information we collect
If you use a form or email ClearSky Sites, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, business name, service area, website or social-profile link, preferred contact method, project goals, content status, desired timing, and other project details. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through these forms.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, discuss requested services, prepare scopes and quotes, provide contracted services, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. ClearSky Sites does not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
Website forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to ClearSky Sites through Gmail. Those providers may process the information according to their own privacy terms. Information may be retained in email and business records for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or required by law.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information held by ClearSky Sites, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations, by emailing grantclearskysites@gmail.com.
Changes
